Project List
To find a specific project in the list, you can utilize the Search bar by typing in any part of the project name, the engagement code, or the country. The diamond icons to the left of the Project Name will tell you at what account level the project sits on, as well as letting you know if the project is published or unpublished to the client dotted diamond. In the Status column, you can quickly see if you are a ghosted user on a project by a crossed-out eye symbol.

Milestones
What is a Milestone? Milestones are the project tentpoles that make up the timeline. They are events that happen throughout the project that you would like to document, think of them as key aspects of your project.
The platform allows you to track these milestones, add comments and associate tasks. Examples include Key Meetings, Scheduled Field Work, Filings, Deadlines, etc.
Project Timelines
The project timeline is the combination of all the Milestones for a single project. The timeline begins at the Project Kickoff and ends at the Estimated End date. The timeline will be color coded based on parent practice area if it is active. If a project is inactive, the timeline will be gray.
A user can see the timelines for all projects on an account by navigating to the Timelines tab.
Tasks
Tasks are everyday items that need to be completed for the project to move forward. Examples include - reviewing invoices, reaching out to an auditor, having a client review a schedule and provide feedback, etc.
Task Creation – Tasks can be created by Ryan and Client users and assigned to anyone on the project team. This allows not only Ryan to ask things of the client but to also allow the client to let Ryan know what they need from them. Keep in mind – All tasks created will be visible to client users. Files can also be attached to a Task, if needed. Tasks can be managed y both Ryan and Client users:

Learnings
What does your Client need to know about this project? Learnings give the Ryan team an opportunity to let our clients know about issues or law changes they have found through the course of working on the project. Allowing the client to proactively adjust their practices and give them the chance to learn from our expertise.
This feature also gives them insight before the project is complete, saving them from future issues that may have arisen if waiting until the project was complete.
Ultimately, Ryan teams can use this feature however they see fit but should think of it as a way to give their clients insight into what they have learned working on the project.
