PROJECT OVERVIEW

The former gold leafing factory has been transformed into a multifaceted community center that will focus on food production as well as wellness and nutrition. The center will serve the community, offering training and entrepreneurship opportunities to locals. Spaces within the mixed-use complex include offices, co-working spaces, artist studios, commercial incubator kitchens, and an indoor hydroponic farm. Ryan’s Historic Tax Credits team consulted on the National Register nomination and $3.8 million in federal historic tax credits and $4.8 million in state historic tax credits secured for the project.
